The data processors do not have the right to process the personal data, provided to them, for purposes, different from the assignment made by \u201cCAPITERA PHARMA\u201d EOOD. The data processors must comply with all instructions of \u201cCAPITERA PHARMA\u201d EOOD. \u201cCAPITERA PHARMA\u201d EOOD takes the required measures to ensure that the data processors engaged strictly follow the legislation for personal data protection and the instructions of \u201cCAPITERA PHARMA\u201d EOOD and that they have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures for personal data protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12.2.
